The company here after is referred to as “Artist Buzzar Connect” or ABC in the rest of the terms outlined below.

Your Acceptance of the Terms

By using or otherwise accessing our services and website or mobile applications, you are acknowledging that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms, and (b) you unconditionally agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms as they exist on the date of each such use or access. Artist Buzzar Connect provides the www.artistbazaarconnect.com website (the “Site”) and the ArtistBuzzarConnect mobile software applications (the “App”) to provide online booking services and promotional tools for artists &performers, musicians, agents, consumers, talent promoters, event planners, and entertainment sellers and buyers of all types.

Artist Buzzar Connect Services and Users of the Services

ArtitsBuzzarconnect.com is provided to you to discover, explore and book entertainers through our featured content and interactive functionality available via the Internet (the “Artist Buzzar Connect Services”). The Terms of Use include our policy for acceptable use of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and content, as well as your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Artist Buzzar Connect Services for your own personal use, subject to the Terms of Use. Use of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you terminates this permission.

These terms and condition will constitute a binding contract between you and Artist Buzzar Connect. By accessing the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following Terms of Use found and our existing Artist Buzzar Connect Rules (the “Rules”), found, which are incorporated by this reference. We will attempt to notify all members of changes to these Terms of Use but are not obligated to do so, as it is important that you review the Terms of Use regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes made.

Purpose and Nature of the Services.

The contents of our Services, and the Services in general, are intended strictly for the purposes of: (i) providing a forum for performers, speakers, anchors, bands, vendors, musicians and other talent to post information about themselves, and (ii) facilitating the booking of such talent for engagements to provide entertainment services (collectively, “Permitted Uses”). Selling or offering to sell any interest in real property, any personal property, human trafficking, human labour, prostitution of any kind, or other tangible good (as opposed to your entertainment services) is not a Permitted Use of the Services and is strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that you understand, and agree, that Artist Buzzar Connect is not, will not be, and will not in any way be construed to be a party to any contract or agreement between any users of our Services regarding the provisions of services at any event or engagement. While we do believe that Artist Buzzar Connect members will achieve some amount of exposure from a listing within our Services, we do not guarantee in any way that the use of our Services will produce paying clients for our members. We do not guarantee that users who supply services as a result of introductions made through Artist Buzzar Connect will be paid for their services. We do not represent or guarantee that our Services will further the careers of our members, help them financially or otherwise produce income. Failure to receive the outcome you expected does not warrant a refund of payment. Furthermore, Artist Buzzar Connect does not take responsibility for the content of any member profile, or member services offered on any profile. Artist Buzzar Connect does not endorse, sanction or verify, and specifically disclaims responsibility or liability for, any member or user profiles. Concerns regarding any such service, resource, or link posted or offered by a member should be directed to the particular member. Artist Buzzar Connect does not endorse, sanction, or verify members on this website. Contacting these members, whether through our services or separately is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability with regard to your dealings with any member listed within our Services.

Age Restrictions.

In order to use Artist BuzzarConnect’s Site and other Services you must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals who are under the age of 18, but 14 years or above (“Minors”) are prohibited from using the Services directly. The Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 14. Individuals aged between 14-17 years may use their parents’/legal guardians as their promoters. Artist Buzzar Connect is in no way responsible or encourages child labour of any kind and profiles of artists under 18 years are solely for their personal use and their parents/legal guardians are solely responsible for any inquires generated for their children on this platform.

A legal guardian of a Minor who is at least 14 years of age may create a profile for a Minor, and must specify so at the time of registration. However, the legal guardian is responsible for everything done with that account, and such legal guardian’s consent must be verifiable by Artist Buzzar Connect. Some areas of the Site and App may contain material that is inappropriate for Minors.

Links to Other Websites and Services.

Artist Buzzar Connect does not control the availability or content of any outside websites, application, services, or resources (collectively, “third party services”) to which the Services may link. Concerns regarding any such third party services or links thereto should be directed to the particular outside third party service. Unless stated otherwise, Artist Buzzar Connect does not endorse, sanction, or verify third party services to which our Services link, and we or our users provide these links merely for the convenience of users of our Services. Access to such third-party services is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability with regard to your access to such third party services. In addition, we do not endorse, sanction, or verify third party services that link to our Services, even if any logo or mark of Artist Buzzar Connect is used as part of the link to our Services.

Member Conduct

As a Member, you acknowledge that while we use techniques to help verify the identity of Vendors when they register for memberships or subscriptions on our Services, we cannot and will not guarantee each Vendor’s identity, capabilities, that it has obtained all required permits, licenses or consents, or that it complies with all applicable laws. We do not endorse any particular Vendor nor do we guarantee the quality of their goods or services. You should use our Services as a starting point for identifying organizations that provide the products and services you need, then conduct your own research to ensure the service providers you choose to do business are appropriate for you.

At all times when using or accessing the Services, you agree that:

• • You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the Services or transmit to other members.
• • You will use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• • You will not post on the Services, or transmit to other members or Artist Buzzar Connect employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Please contact us in writing if you believe any material contained in the Services does not comply with the foregoing.
• • In using the Services to enter into any booking agreement or other contract of services (a “Contract”), whether you enter into such Contract as the talent providing the services or the party organizing an event, you will not include in the Contract any terms or conditions that are inconsistent with these Terms or with Artist BuzzarConnect's published policies for Contracts entered into through our Services (you may find our policies here).
• • You will not post any offensive or sexually suggestive references or post any photographs or other images containing nudity. Artist Buzzar Connect reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove without warning or refund any profile or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions.
• • You will not falsify your identity or misrepresent yourself in any way on the Services or in your Artist Buzzar Connect ‘Artist Profile’.
• • You will not “stalk” or otherwise harass any person in any way.
• • You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Services.
• • You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other members or to us.
• • You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent.
• • You will not harvest or collect personal information about other members whether or not for commercial purposes, without our written consent.
• • You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine”, “scrape” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Services or its contents.
• • You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
• • You will not interfere with or disrupt our services or the Services, or the servers or networks connected to our services or the Services.

• • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Artist Buzzar Connect reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or attempt to resolve disputes between you and other members.
• • You will not, for any reason, directly or indirectly submit a review to your ‘Artist Profile’ page with which you are affiliated. Reviews may only be posted by legitimate clients who have booked you. You may dispute any review you feel to be fraudulent, but the removal of reviews is solely at our discretion. Posting any illegitimate review, whether on your own or on another member’s Profile, may result in your account’s immediate termination, at our discretion, without refund, and may also result in a permanent ban from the Services.
• • Members are required to keep all bookings and their associated communications on the Artist Buzzar Connect platform and/or email communications. We reserve the right to terminate any member account that attempts to complete a booking outside of Artist Buzzar Connect, when that booking has originated from Artist Buzzar Connect inquiry. Discouraging, suggesting, and/or preventing clients from booking you through Artist Buzzar Connect is not permitted, and discouraging clients from hiring other Artist Buzzar Connect members is not permitted.
• • You will not re-sell or re-offer any lead you receive through Artist Buzzar Connect to another performer, vendor or service provider, nor will you re-offer or post to any website any lead you receive through your relationship with this website.
• • Artist Buzzar Connect has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account of any member who posts contact information on their Artist BuzzarConnect’s “Artist Profile Page”. This contact information includes website URL links and addresses, email links and addresses, and telephone numbers. Contact information may not be posted on your profile photos, text, audio/video samples, or in messages to prospective clients.
• • You will respond fully, truthfully, and within two (2) business days to any request for information or other inquiry from Artist Buzzar Connect related to your or another member’s compliance with these Terms.

Failure to comply with the foregoing provisions outlined under “Online Conduct” above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Services without refunding your membership fees. Artist Buzzar Connect reserves the right, in its sole discretion and in all instances, to determine whether you have or have not complied with any provision contained in these Terms.

We maintain a policy of cooperation with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Artist Buzzar Connect to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. We have the right, but not an obligation, to strictly enforce the Terms of Use through self-help, moderation, active investigation, litigation and prosecution.

Content on the Site

You understand that all information, data, text, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, software, tags, advertisements or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Artist Buzzar Connect (Company – “Artist Buzzar Connect LLP”), are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services. We do not control the Content posted through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and, as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content and disclaim any and all liability in connection with such Content. The opinions expressed in postings or other Content provided through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services are not necessarily those of Artist Buzzar Connect or its owner, content providers, advertisers, sponsors, affiliated or related entities. You understand that by using the Artist Buzzar Connect Services you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. You understand that we are not obligated to pre-screen, regularly review, monitor, delete or otherwise change the Content associated with the Artist Buzzar Connect Services. We do, however, reserve the right to do so at any time in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, and to delete any Content with or without notice. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services.

Responsibility for Your Content (Artist Content)

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit or make available for inclusion through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services (“Artist Content“) and the consequences of posting or publishing it. In connection with Artist Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Artist Buzzar Connect to use all trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Artist Content to enable inclusion and use of the Artist Content in the manner intended by the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and the Terms of Use. You agree that you will not submit Artist Content that violates these Terms of Use.

Because Artist Buzzar Connect does not permit infringement of intellectual property rights through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, we will remove all Artist Content if properly notified that such Site Content or Artist Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights and at our sole discretion.

Artist Buzzar Connect does not endorse any Artist Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with Artist Content. You agree that you will not submit Artist Content that violates the Rules, found or material contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Artist Content: Ownership & Licenses

We do not claim ownership rights over your Artist Content. However, you grant us the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display Artist Content through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, solely for the purpose for which such Artist Content was submitted or made available. This limited license exists only for so long as you elect to include Artist Content through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and it will terminate at the time you remove or we remove such Artist Content from the Artist Buzzar Connect Services.

You grant each user of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services a non-exclusive license to access your Artist Content through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Artist Content as permitted through the functionality of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and under these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand and agree that once Artist Content is incorporated into other aspects of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services by Artist Buzzar Connect and/or its members, Artist Buzzar Connect is under no obligation to delete or ask or require other Artist Buzzar Connect members to delete that Artist Content, and therefore, it may continue to appear and be used through the Artist Buzzar Connect Services indefinitely pursuant to an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license. You understand and agree that we may retain, but will not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of Artist Content that have been removed or deleted.

Permitted Use of Content

The content associated with the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photographs, sounds, music, videos, visual interface, design, software code, interactive features and the like (“Site Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos contained therein, except all Artist Content, are owned by or licensed to Artist Buzzar Connect, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, Artist Buzzar Connect does not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and the Site Content are retained by Artist Buzzar Connect.

You may access Artist Content for your information and personal, non-commercial use solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services. Artist Content and Site Content are provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only, to be used solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners, and it may not be used as prohibited under the Terms of Use.

Non-Discrimination Policy.

Artist Buzzar Connect supports inclusion and wants everyone to feel comfortable using our Site and Services. Hence, we do not allow discrimination against other users of the Site, or Artist Buzzar Connect team members, based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or pregnancy status, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable regional, state, or local law. This includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services, posting discriminatory content on the Site, or any other conduct that improperly takes into account these characteristics.

If you believe you’ve been discriminated against on our site, please contact us on info@artistBuzzarconnect.com. Failure to comply with this non-discrimination policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Services without a refund.

Reserved Rights of Artist Buzzar Connect

Without limitation to all other rights enjoyed by Artist Buzzar Connect, we expressly reserve the right at any time to:

• a. Modify these Terms as provided herein;
• b. Change the Services, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Services, and/or adding new features, categories, business models, offerings;
• c. Terminate the membership of any member without refund and/or pursue legal action against any user of this website who does not comply with these Terms, though Artist Buzzar Connect assumes no obligation to do the same;
• d. Change any fees or charges for using the Services;
• e. Change, edit, add to, disable or delete any artist profile information or imagery at our sole discretion, or other content within the Services, without notice;
• f. Terminate any and all “Event Planner” accounts we feel may be putting our members at risk, either because they have not provided a valid phone number or because of suspicions we may have regarding the validity of an inquiry;
• g. Monitor any and all member-to-client and/or member-to-member interactions;
• h. Revoke any account without refund for acting in a manner Artist Buzzar Connect deems inappropriate or unprofessional during any aspect of member-to-client or member-to-member interaction, including without limitation: initial contact, booking negotiation, performance or service provision, and settlement of payment due;
• i. Hold a deposit or balance payment if at our sole discretion we determine that the booking is a risk for fraud;
• j. Remove any member account at any time for any reason.

Links to Other Websites and Services

Artist Buzzar Connect does not control the availability or content of any outside websites, application, services, or resources (collectively, “third party services”) to which the Services may link. Concerns regarding any such third party services or links thereto should be directed to the particular outside third party service. Unless stated otherwise, Artist Buzzar Connect does not endorse, sanction, or verify third party services to which our Services link, and we or our users provide these links merely for the convenience of users of our Services. Access to such third-party services is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability with regard to your access to such third party services. In addition, we do not endorse, sanction, or verify third party services that link to our Services, even if any logo or mark of Artist Buzzar Connect is used as part of the link to our Services.

Disclosures About You by Artist Buzzar Connect

Without limiting any of the foregoing, you agree that Artist Buzzar Connect may use or disclose information about you and your use of the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein. With respect to any information relating to other users of the Services to which you may be permitted access through the Services, you agree that you may use such information only in connection with activities related to the purpose of the Services, which activities, without limitation, shall not include (i) the sending of unsolicited communications of a commercial nature; (ii) the sending of any other communications after receiving notification that the recipient no longer wishes to receive communications from you; or (iii) the sale or rental of such personal information to any other parties.

No Partnership, Agency, or Affiliation

Except only as expressly provided otherwise herein, by using the Services you acknowledge and agree that Artist Buzzar Connect is not the partner, agent, joint venturer, or otherwise an affiliate of you, any member, or any other user of the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Subject to aforesaid, it is hereby specifically recorded that the content available through the Artist Buzzar Connect Service is the sole and exclusive property of Artist Buzzar Connect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Intellectual Property Rights for the purpose of this Agreement shall always mean and include copyrights whether registered or not, patents including rights of filing patents, trade marks, trade names, trade dresses, collective marks, associate marks and the right to register them, designs both industrial and layout, geographical indicators, moral rights, broadcasting rights, displaying rights, distribution rights, selling rights, abridged rights, translating rights, reproducing rights, performing rights, communicating rights, adapting rights, circulating rights, protected rights, joint rights, reciprocating rights, infringement rights and all those special rights conferred as a result of the Berne Convention, 1979 individually as a result of prospective local laws in accordance with the Convention and the Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights Agreement of the World Trade Organization. All those intellectual property rights arising as a result of domain names, internet or any other form of an electronic/technological law shall also vest in the domain of Artist Buzzar Connect. The parties hereto agree and confirm that no part of any intellectual property rights mentioned hereinabove is transferred in the name of Member and any intellectual property rights arising as a result of these presents shall also be in the absolute ownership, possession and control of Artist Buzzar Connect.

Kindly note that Artist Buzzar Connect prohibits pornography on its site. Please choose carefully the information you post on the Website and that you provide to other Members. Your Artist Buzzar Connect profile must not include any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Stringent penal and criminal actions will be initiated against those found indulging in above referred activities. Any user or member who publishes or transmits or causes to be published in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest or if its effect is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt people who are likely, having regard to all relevant circumstances, to read, see or hear the matter contained or embodied in it shall be strictly treated under the provision 67 of the Information Technology Act 2000 and as per the provisions of Indian Penal Code and other appropriate statutes applicable in that scenario. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other Members (for instance, in their profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and Artist Buzzar Connect assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. Claims of Copyright Infringement

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Services infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials from the Services by submitting written notification to info@artistBuzzarconnect.com.

Coupons & Discounts& Contests

We may allow you to receive promotional coupons (“Coupons”), or other promotions or discounts (“Discounts”) that may be used to purchase goods and services from us or third parties (“Coupon Vendors”). Additional terms and conditions may be contained on each Coupon or Discount. Any violation of the terms and conditions will make the Coupon Discount void. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Coupons. Coupons or Discounts are not redeemable for cash. Only one Coupon or Discount per redemption. A Coupon or Discount is automatically void if prohibited by law. A Coupon or Discount may not be used for alcohol, tips, taxes, and any other statutory limitations. You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Coupons or Discounts to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

Additionally, we may also run contests in India at regular intervals. These contests are bound by Artist BuzzarConnect’s terms at all times and any violation of rules by participants may disqualify them. Artist BuzzarConnect’s decision is final in these contests.

Fees and Terms

When you register as an Artist / Client, from time to time, Artist Buzzar Connect allows creation of the profile and access to Artist Buzzar Connect Services at such charges as provided in their engagement terms contained in the Terms and Conditions for Artist and Clients prevailing at the time of registration. Artist Buzzar Connect promotes the Artist via their profiles as maintained by them on Artist Buzzar Connect.com to its Client registered with it, and thereby provide work to Artist through

www.artistbazaarconnect.com, but there is no guarantee whatsoever to get any assignment. If any Client selects any Artist for performance in their respective service categories listed on the Website, Artist Buzzar Connect will/may contact such Artist thereabout and offer the assignment. Artist Buzzar Connect also does not guarantee any clients the quality of services offered by individual or collective artists.

Terms Applicable to Mobile Application

Downloading App from App Providers. If you download our App from a third-party app store (the “App Provider”), you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are an agreement between you and Artist Buzzar Connect only, and not with the App Provider. As between Artist Buzzar Connect and the App Provider, Artist Buzzar Connect is solely responsible for the App and the Services rendered in connection with the App;

The App Provider has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the App;

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, (i) you may notify the App Provider and the App Provider may refund the purchase price for the applications to you (if applicable), (ii) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Provider will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the applications, and (iii) any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be, as between Artist Buzzar Connect and the App Provider, Artist BuzzarConnect’s responsibility;

The App Provider is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the App or the Services, or your possession and use of the App;

If a third party claims that an application infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, as between the App Provider and Artist Buzzar Connect, Artist Buzzar Connect will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by these Terms;

The App Provider and any of its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as it relates to your license to the App. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, the App Provider will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms as related to your license of the App against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof; and

You must also comply with all applicable third-party terms of service when using the applications.

License to Download and Use the App. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we hereby grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our App downloaded directly from a legitimate marketplace, solely in object code format and solely for your personal use for lawful purposes. With respect to any open source or third-party code that may be incorporated in the applications, such open source code is covered by the applicable open source or third-party license EULA, if any, authorizing use of such code. We reserve all rights in the App not expressly granted to you by these Terms.

Termination of Service(s)

You agree that the Company, in its sole discretion, has the right, but not the obligation, to delete or deactivate your member account, block your IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, or any part thereof, immediately and without notice, and remove and delete any Artist Content on the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. Further, you agree that Artist Buzzar Connect will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Artist Buzzar Connect Services. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Artist Buzzar Connect Services after your member account has been terminated.

You agree that if you are dissatisfied with the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, if you do not agree with any part of the Terms of Use, or if you have any other dispute or claim with or against us with respect to the Terms of Use or the Artist Buzzar Connect Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Artist Buzzar Connect Services.
